Blauwe Roos Antiek

Blauwe Roos Antiek is the continuation of Koos Rozenburg Antiques. The store is currently run by the second and third generations, building on the work started in 1974 by Koos and Bep Rozenburg-De Bruin.

Koos Rozenburg Antiek moved in 1994 to its current address at Markt 2 in Delft. The store specialized in 17th and 18th century tiles, as well as ‘rural-antiques’: skates, clogs, sizes, weights, irons, stoves, candlesticks and old tools.

For almost thirty years, Koos Rozenburg attended his shop on a virtually daily basis. In recent years he enjoyed local fame as ‘the oldest shopkeeper in Delft’. In 2022, he was forced to retire, after a cycling accident at the age of 88.

Fortunately, this was not the end of the story. In 2024, the antique shop was relaunched by the descendants of Koos and Bep under the name ‘Blauwe Roos Antiek’.
