Top chef Mario Ridder previously made his name as a two-star chef at De Zwethheul and later earned a Michelin star with Joelia in Rotterdam. With Azurite, he gives it everything he's got; he calls it his most personal project ever:
"I want to give everything one more time. Not to impress with pomp and circumstance, but to really touch guests."

Besides its sophisticated dishes, Azurite boasts an iconic wine collection of no less than 12,000 bottles. And for those who do not prefer wine, there is an intimate whisky bar, perfect for a relaxing end to the evening.
