Beestenmarkt

De Beestenmarkt is a well-known spot for everyone in Delft and the surrounding area. This cosy catering square is filled with people and conviviality every day, whether summer or winter. There are many different catering establishments on the de Beestenmarkt. You will find genuine Delft places like Kobus Kuch where you can eat a delicious apple pie from grandma with a nice hot drink. Or Belvédère, Plein 11 and Bar Sil where you can have a nice dinner or a drink. There are also well-known restaurant chains such as De Beren, La Cubanita and Ribsfactory. Doelenplein

Doelenplein is a hidden gem in the heart of Delft. The lights and flags in the trees and the cosy atmosphere give it an intimate character. For many, this makes the Doelenplein their favourite spot in the city centre. You can enjoy different cuisines here. The Markt

Right in the centre of Delft, you can enjoy a tasty treat on the Markt square with a view of the Nieuwe Kerk and the Town Hall. Directly behind the Town Hall, you will find a row of cosy catering establishments such as De Sjees, De Waag and Het Boterhuis. But you can also eat in the middle of the Markt at places like Het Konings Huys, Bagels & Beans or Lunchcafé Van 9 tot Zeven. Brouwplein

At the Brouwplein, as the name suggests, you will find the best beers in Delft! On the Brouwplein, you will find Delfts Brouwhuis and Café De Oude Jan, named after the adjacent Oude Kerk. Delfts Brouwhuis is home to the city brewery 'Delftse Brouwers', which regularly brews great new beers for you to taste! Besides beer, you can also enjoy lunch, drinks and dinner at the Brouwplein. Besides the many bustling catering squares, Delft also has very pleasant canals along which you can sit down for breakfast, lunch or dinner. On Voldergracht you will find hip hotspots Kek and Pleck for something sweet, a good sandwich or delicious juice. Want to sit directly by the water? Then sit on the terraces of 't Postkantoor and Bombina in the Hippolytusbuurt for a tasty lunch or at Lakila on the Vrouwenregt for a cosy dinner. In summer, you can also sit on the water at, for example, San Marco's terrace boat at de Brabantse Turfmarkt where you can eat the best Italian pizzas or at the Stads-Koffyhuis for award-winning sandwiches.
