  • Advice opening hours

    In Delft city centre, there are various opening hours that you, as an entrepreneur, must take into account. Would you, as an entrepreneur, like to be open outside these hours? Then you need an exemption from the municipality.

  • Window times

    During window times, you can drive in and out of the area for loading and unloading without an exemption. The window times are:
    - Sunday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
    - Saturday: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

    Do you want to enter the area outside the window times? Then you need an exemption. As an entrepreneur, you can apply for a permanent dispensation for this.

    Toilet accessibility

    Delft chooses to be a hospitable and inclusive city, and toilet accessibility is an important part of this. To achieve this, it is necessary to designate enough places in the city where visitors can use the toilet. We therefore ask every entrepreneur to sign up to the High-NeedApp and open their toilet to any visitor.

  • Current (road) works in the city centre

    Work also regularly takes place in the inner city of Delft, which can lead to closures, diversions, etc. Stay informed about the works in the city centre so that you can take them into account in good time.
