Community building
A strong city centre starts with a strong community. We connect entrepreneurs, encourage cooperation and ensure they feel heard and supported. Through visits, networking events and consultations, we build a future-proof entrepreneurial community. With our area-oriented approach, we identify opportunities and bottlenecks and bring them to the attention of the municipality.

Branching & entrepreneurial support
The right mix of shops, restaurants and businesses makes the city centre attractive and lively. We match available properties to ambitious entrepreneurs who strengthen the area. Together with our matchmakers, we guide starting and growing entrepreneurs in their search for a suitable location and advise on a healthy balance of supply.

Retail acquisition & vacancy control
We create a vibrant city centre together. Centrummanagement Delft works with the municipality to attract and support entrepreneurs, with the aim of reducing vacancies. We encourage a varied offer and see vacancy as an opportunity for new initiatives. Together with property owners, estate agents and the municipality, we bring supply and demand together and help plans move forward.

Inner city campaigns
Delft has a unique character and we show it! In cooperation with Delft Marketing and other partners, we put the city centre on the map as the place to shop, do business and enjoy yourself. By working together with campaigns, events and digital visibility, we ensure an attractive and well-visited city centre.

Sustainability: D'serve
Sustainability is of paramount importance in Delft. That is why we are the first city in the Netherlands to start rewarding sustainable visitor behaviour. In cooperation with entrepreneurs, we ensure that visitors to the city contribute to a cleaner, better and more sustainable city and reward them for this with low-threshold actions.

Meetings
To properly inform and connect entrepreneurs in Delft, we as Centre Management (together with Hartje Delft) organise various meetings. This keeps you informed of developments and brings you into contact with other entrepreneurs. There are also regular events and activities in the city centre to join or visit.

Centrum Management Delft connects entrepreneurs with each other and with relevant partners such as Delft Marketing, the municipality and educational institutions.
