Nieuwe Kerk

Discover the history of the Nieuwe Nieuwe Kerk in Delft and climb the tower for a stunning view!

The Nieuwe Kerk Kerk has stood in Delft since 1351. Since then, the church has had to endure many things such as a lightning strike and the Delft Thunderstorm. Besides the fact that the church has been around for a particularly long time, there is something else that makes this church so special. Namely, the Nieuwe Kerk also has a royal touch. After all, you will find the beautiful mausoleum of William of Orange here, as well as the royal tomb of the House of Orange.

Through a guided tour, a guide will tell all the stories behind the building as you walk through the church. You can admire the Nieuwe Kerk not only from the inside, as there is also the option of climbing the tower. At no less than 108.75 metres, the tower is the second highest church tower in the Netherlands. So that is guaranteed to give you a great view over Delft.
