Discover the history of de Nieuwe kerk and climb the tower to have a beautiful view over Delft!

De Nieuwe Kerk has been in Delft, since 1351. The church has been through a lot, like a lightning strike and de Delftse Donderslag. Besides the fact that the church is ancient, there is something else that makes the church unique. De Nieuwe Kerk has a royal link. Willem van Oranje's mausoleum and the Royal Family's family crypt are situated in the church.

A guide will tell you all the stories about the building while walking through the church. Besides the insight being beautiful to admire, there is also the possibility to climb the tower. The tower is 108,75 meters high, which makes it the second-highest church tower in the Netherlands. This assures you to have the most beautiful view over Delft.
