Marco Stefano Pintus
Marco-Stefano is a Dutch all-round fashion designer with Mediterranean roots. Based in The Hague, he runs his own clothing label called MSPINTUS(www.mspintus.com). Colourful, monumental, theatrical and romantic are the hallmarks of his clothing label. He considers himself more of an artist and works on an international level.
His motto is simple: to make the world a little bit better with his creations.

About the design
The design is inspired by the painting "Woman with pearl necklace", incorporating the silhouette of the yellow jacket and the play of light and dark into the design. He prefers to work with non-contemporary materials to express his creativity. The Vermeer project was an expression of Dutch pride and recycling something old into something new.
