Museum Prinsenhof Delft is a former monastery and was used as the court of William of Orange. This is where one of the most important events in Dutch history took place; the assassination of William of Orange. On 10 July 1584, he was murdered by Balthasar Gerards. The building is in the top 100 of the Dutch National Heritage Service.

Museum Prinsenhof Delft tells stories through three themes that are indispensable in Delft: William of Orange, Delft Blue and Delft Art. The museum also inspires with changing exhibitions. And with the city programme de Delftse Blik.
