Choorstraat - summer shopping route
Turn right in front of the Oude Kerk and walk across the bridge into Choorstraat.
We turn the corner and walk down the Choorstraat or, as it is officially called, the Koorstraat. But hey, just say what sounds nice, because what you find here is nice anyway.
This street is one for lovers of living, cooking, styling and shopping. I start at Georg Jensen Damask, a shop that makes you feel like you suddenly want (and can) have a super-organised kitchen and a beautifully laid table. Everything here is Scandinavian stylish: sleek, soothing and quality.
Then continue to Home Mixture. A shop where you'll find all sorts of things you just didn't know you needed. Kitchen stuff, bathroom items, toys, candles, decoration... Trust me: you won't come out of here empty-handed.
And for those who think...

And for those thinking: "Yes nice, but where are the clothes?", no worries. You walk straight into JPH Store for hip women's and children's clothes from fine brands like Mads Nørgaard and Won Hundred. And while you're in the flow, cross over to NOX Fashion. There you'll score a complete outfit : shoes, accessories, and everything in between. Chances are you'll walk out feeling like you're walking straight into a summer festival.
Need a break? Neef Rob is one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Everything is homemade, so your coffee or tea tastes just that little bit better. Still more in the mood for something fresh? Angie's Juicebar is your salvation. Fresh smoothies and slow juices that will give you energy and make you happy.
And when you think you've had everything.... then walk back to the beginning of the street. There you will find Paagman bookshop, the Valhalla for anyone who loves reading, browsing and rummaging through piles of books. Novels, cookbooks, thrillers, notebooks... if you walk out of here without anything, you really have character.
