The success story of GENTS began as a student company originally founded to provide students with costumes for galas. Since 1998, GENTS has grown into an established name in menswear, dressing all kinds of men into true gentlemen. The name'GENTS' is therefore derived from this endeavour. In the early years, students were measured and fitted with traditional dress suits straight from a student room, with the stock kept neatly under a loft bed. This process was later repeated in every Dutch student city. Today, GENTS is known as a national chain of shops with branches all over the Netherlands.
