Delft Brewery

Delft city brewery, eatery and beer garden. With the discovery of the 14th -century beer cellar, Delft's beer history comes back to life!

Raise your glass... you're there! On the site of the Delfts Brouwhuis, beer was already being brewed 700 years ago! During the conversion, to what is now the Delfts Brouwhuis, owners Jon, Sander and Thijs discovered a medieval cellar from the year 1300! Under the guidance of Archaeology Delft, the cellar was excavated and examined. Shards of a medieval beer mug were found. They also discovered that the cellar also used to serve as a brewery.

Choose a beer from one of the 20 taps and enjoy delicious "real Dellufs" beer. Treat yourself to a hearty lunch and harvest new friends in the beer garden.
