Delft’s historic canals are one of the most beautiful ways to discover the city. Hop into a canoe, paddle past historic buildings and cosy terraces, and experience Delft from the water. During this D’serve campaign, you can make your canoe trip even more special by collecting litter from the canals as you go. This way, you can enjoy a fun activity in Delft whilst helping to keep the city clean and sustainable.

How does this promotion work?

1. Book a time slot for canoeing using the button below
A maximum of two people are allowed per canoe.

2. Show your booking confirmation for Hotel de Plataan (Doelenplein 10).
They will provide you with the necessary equipment and help you to the canoe.

3. Collect floating litter from the canals during your canoe trip
And, of course, enjoy the beauty of Delft from the water whilst you’re at it.

4. Hand in the collected rubbish at Hotel de Plataan
Then you can pay for your canoe trip with rubbish instead of money!

Before you book your canoe, it is important that you take a moment to read through the conditions and rules of play. That way, together we will make sure that everything is safe, neat and relaxed, for you and for the next user.
