It is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to the upcoming edition of Hello Delft! Delft Marketing is organising a Hello Delft! for the fourth time this year, giving incoming tour operators and online travel agents from the Netherlands, Flanders and Germany the chance to discover Delft and its partners.
After three successful editions, we have decided to expand Hello Delft! expand to a two-day event. This expansion fits perfectly with our objectives: promoting longer stays, higher spending and spread. Moreover, it fits in with our 365 days Delft campaign.
This year's theme is "Creating History"
With the upcoming theme years, the theme "Creating History" fits perfectly with what will be happening in Delft in the coming years. During Hello Delft! we are expected to update around 10 tour operators and online travel agents on these themes and what Delft has to offer.
Hello Delft! can only be realised with your participation! Together with our Delft partners, we can show travel professionals how special our Delft is and realise our joint goals for longer stays, higher spending and spread.
Programme
This year's programme consists of two days. You can choose to participate on Thursday or Friday. During Hello Delft! we will organise speed dating sessions, where you will talk to tour operators and travel agents who are of interest to your organisation. The rest of the day we will explore the city together, with plenty of opportunities for networking during lunch, dinner or drinks.
Every day we visit different locations in Delft that fit the theme. Do you have a fun idea for an activity or would you like us to visit your location? Then let us know on the registration form.
Programme Thursday 22 May:
- Thursday from 10 am - 9 pm, including presentation by Delft Marketing, speed dating session, lunch, location visit/activity and dinner.
Programme Friday 23 May:
- Friday from 11.30 - 17.00, including lunch, site visit, drinks and speed dating session
Participation fee
The cost of participation is as follows:
- Thursday: €400 (excl. VAT) | Extra colleague: +€75 (excl. VAT)
- Friday: €350 (excl. VAT) | Extra colleague: +€50 (excl. VAT)
Afterwards, you will receive the contact details of all participants.
Please note: the number of places is limited so that we can offer each participating partner an individual appointment schedule. After receiving your registration, you will receive confirmation of participation and an invoice from Delft Marketing.
