Popdelft’s Got You Covered

Are you ready for an evening filled with recognizable hits, surprising twists, and musical creativity? Popdelft’s 'Got You Covered' takes place on the 12th of October as part of the Delft Pop Weekend. Four local cover bands will take the stage, each known for their musicality, originality, and visibility in the region.

The challenge: unique interpretations and a shared task!

Each band will perform their favorite songs, and they'll also face the challenge of interpreting one specific song—identical for all bands—in their own unique style. This special task promises surprising variations and unpredictable versions!

After all the bands have played, you in the audience get to vote for your favorite. A local jury of key players from the Delft music scene will also be present. Both audience and jury votes count for 50%. The winner will receive the 'Popdelft’s Got You Covered' Award 2024.
