Eetcafé De Waag is located in a historic, monumental building with a rich history, right in the beautiful centre of Delft. Step back in time and experience Delft's cosiness. On the ground floor, the rich history is striking. Here you will see a large pair of scales from 1647 and have a view of the old elements of the building during a delicious lunch or dinner. Did you know that De Waag used to be a theatre? Sometimes there are still fun performances in this cosy eatery!

Tip: De Waag is regularly transformed into a music cafe to provide a stage for the best bands from Delft and the surrounding area. To make it extra fun, admission is free.
