In 2013, Hugo Kaagman was commissioned by the municipality of Delft to create a work of art in the Bonte Ossteeg, taking inspiration from Delft blue motifs. He refers to Delft blue tiles with his patterns and colours.
The images he incorporated into it show Delft through different timelines.
