cadium - art route
Sint Agathaplein, is also home to Kadium.
Kadmium is a presentation space in Delft for contemporary art where, in connection with it, deepening and broadening side activities to other art fields take place. In addition, Kadmium is a place for Delft artists to meet, develop and show their work.
The core values for all its activities are professionalism, connection, development and a social approach. This approach is reflected in the annually changing and overarching theme, linking recent social developments to developments in art.
Kadmium organises around eight independent exhibitions exploring a theme, alongside this there are four annual exhibitions and events. This programme is shaped by an independent programme committee made up of artists/curators who alternate between exhibitions and support and advise each other.
