The countdown can begin! The Delft December Calendar is officially up and running from today! Until 23 December, open a box every day and stand a chance of winning fun and cool prizes.

The master painter Johannes Vermeer lived and worked in Delft all his life. On the spot where his painter's guild once stood, you will now find the Vermeer Centrum Delft! Join us on a journey of discovery through Vermeer's life, work and 17th-century Delft. A guide from the Vermeer Centrum Delft will take you along and reveal the secrets behind his teachers and iconic works. Let yourself be carried along over four floors full of fascinating facts about his techniques, materials and of course, that fabulous, world-famous light! We invite four of you to Vermeer Centrum Delft at a time to be determined later.
